El “Foreman”  de Construcción, desempeñará un rol fundamental la coordinación de las actividades de construcción, garantizando la seguridad, la calidad y que el proyecto se complete dentro de los plazos establecidos. Su experiencia en ejecución y liderazgo de la construcción contribuirá al éxito de nuestros proyectos.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  1. Liderar, gestionar y coordinar proyectos de construcción, asegurando que se ejecuten de manera eficiente y de acuerdo con los planes, especificaciones y estándares de la empresa.
  2. Supervisar y motivar a un equipo diverso de trabajadores de la construcción y subcontratistas. Asignar tareas, supervisar el desempeño y brindar orientación y capacitación cuando sea necesario.
  3. Hacer cumplir estrictos protocolos y reglas de seguridad en el lugar de construcción para prevenir accidentes y promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro.
  4. Llevar a cabo reuniones e inspecciones periódicas de seguridad.
  5. Asegurar de que el trabajo realizado cumpla o supere los estándares de calidad y maneje cualquier problema o defecto con prontitud.
  6. Inspeccionar el trabajo en progreso y las tareas completadas.
  7. Deberá asegurarse de que se cumpla la construcción con los plazos del proyecto.
  8. Asignar recursos de manera eficiente y ajuste los “schedules” según sea necesario para mantener el progreso.
  9. Monitorear los gastos del proyecto y controlar los costos dentro del presupuesto.
  10. Informe cualquier variación del presupuesto y recomiende medidas de ahorro de costos cuando sea posible.
  11. Supervisar la adquisición y entrega de materiales y equipos de construcción.
  12. Coordinar entregas y mantenimiento de equipos.
  13. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con las partes interesadas del proyecto, incluidos gerentes de proyecto, ingenieros, clientes e inspectores.
  14. Proporcionar actualizaciones periódicas sobre el estado del proyecto y traer cualquier inquietud o problema con prontitud.
  15. Identificar y manejar los desafíos, obstáculos y retrasos de la construcción.
  16. Implementar acciones correctivas para mantener el proyecto en marcha.
  17. Mantener registros precisos del proyecto, incluyendo registros diarios, informes de progreso y órdenes de cambio.
  18. Asegurar de que toda la documentación esté organizada y fácilmente accesible.
  19. Realizara trabajos de construcción como parte de las funciones.

Requisitos:

- Disponible para viajar toda la Isla.

- Diploma de escuela superior.

- Grado Técnico en Electricidad con Licencia de Perito  preferiblemente.

- Experiencia directa de 5+ años como Foreman o puesto similar en el sector de la construcción.

- Experiencia de 5+ años en construcción, herramientas, equipos y normas de seguridad.

- Conociminetos en diferentes areas de construcción como lo son  electricidad, plomería, carpinteria, albañilería, "Gypson Board", refrigeración, entre otras.

- Experiencia lidereando equipos con capacidad para motivar y guiar una fuerza laboral diversa.

- Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación.

- Experiencia en programación de proyectos y presupuestos preferible.

- Capacidad de solución de problemas y un con enfoque proactivo para manejar los situaciones del proyecto.

- Licencia de conducir válida.

- Certificación OSHA o certificaciones de seguridad similares preferibles.
